Comfortably Secure. This Swedish artist will have his

The photograph installation of one red home after another questions the
idea of the perfect dream home. Steidl Publishers is producing a book
on this series which will be released this year.

Plains is beautifully documented in this exhibition. Together with author,
Kent Harfuf, they produced a wonderful document of the Plains in the

Prize given by the Center for Documentary Arts at Duke University.

Gushers + More are paintings & works on paper inspired by vintage
photographs. Bob Wade's images address the disconnect between the bedrock
of the past and the warp speed of the present. His art furnishes the mind with an
anchor that not only reconciles this dichotomy, but reveals many layers of reality
beneath the evanescent flash of style. This genuineness, which gives his work its
staying power, touches a chord not only with Westerners but with viewers the
world over.

Abstracted Reflections are new works inspired by Julie Lazarus' numerous visits
to Venice and Amsterdam.
Now to - March 22 - Bob 'Daddy-o' Wade: Gushers + More; March 29 to May 3 - Julie Lazarus:

In 1998 the Gerald Peters Gallery opened the doors of its new building - a state of the art facility with traditional,
Spanish Pueblo-style adobe architecture - in Santa Fe’s historic district. In celebration of the Santa Fe building’s 10
year anniversary and in honor of the Santa Fe gallery’s esteemed position in the field of Western art for over 35 years,
all three of the Gerald Peters Galleries (New York, Dallas, Santa Fe) are pleased to present a traveling survey of
American artists’ interpretations of the West spanning two centuries. Beginning with the early 19th century and
continuing into the present day, the exhibition features work in a variety of media whose subject matter is as varied as
the West itself. Artists featured include Charles Russell, Frederic Remington, Edward Curtis, Georgia O’Keeffe,
William R. Leigh, Carol Anthony, Lars Jonsson, and Harold Gregor.
All Inclusive. March 29th through May 3, 2008. Craighead Green Gallery, 1011 Dragon Street, Dallas,
Texas 75207. This is a group show exhibiting new works by gallery artists.
